Please see the pictures for examples of the different size letters we use when stamping. About 6 of the larger letters will fit across, or 7 if one of them in an "i". About 8 of the smaller letters will fit across, or 9 if one of them is an "i".
About 4 to 6 characters will fit on a second line, depending on their size.
If your first line is shorter, and second line is longer it can still be done, but stamped on a slant. (see photo 3 for example)
